It also uses WhatConverts, a lead tracking service: its script sets cookies and records which page, search engine or link brought you to the website, and attaches that to a form you send, so we know which pages bring requests.
How it is used
A contractor receives the name, the phone number, the ZIP code, the city if given and the project details, because that is what a call back needs. The details are not sold to data brokers.
How it is stored
Form submissions are kept as long as needed to call you back and to follow up on your request.
